Lab Visits, Tours and Field Trips

Under the previous post we had a comment about Lab Visits. Now I am going to assume the person was talking about going out to visit or take tours of labs in Industry. What kind of labs is everyone interested in? And specifically what companies and even specific divisions among the companies.
